For those of you who do not know me my name is Gregory Bass III and I am the Chief Executive Officer of the Boys and Girls Club of Hocak Nisoc Haci located in Winnebago Nebraska. I enjoy the leadership role and the executive responsibility that comes with the job.

My background is in Business but I actually started my professional journey in Education. During college, I gained experience in youth development as the Education Specialist for the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. In this role, I taught college and career readiness curriculum, and financial literacy for the Winnebago Public High Schools.

After gaining experience in this field I found a love and passion for working with youth in my community. I took on a role as the Boys and Girls Club Unit Director where I was able to capture the passion once again on a much larger scale.

After years of experience and guidance from my predecessor and community leaders, I was able to land the Chief Executive Officer position in 2022 at our local Boys and Girls Club. This role is exciting and absolutely fulfilling as I have the opportunity to change lives for the better in my community.

I will leave you with this, we as a whole must invest our time, money, and effort into our youth as they are our future and they deserve the absolute best.
